Hello dear people,
first of all I would thank you for your time reading this.

My name in real life is; Jorn de Lange
My city where I live is named as; Enschede.
My second city where I live is named as; Appingedam.
Where does this city's are standing? In The Netherlands
My fav. Things to do are; Gameing, watching tv, msn, volleybal and most of all LAUGHING!

What experience I got in Staff Position?
I got not alot but not less information of staff position. I know alot about the server, playing this for like 1 year maybe more (No joke this time) I like the server alot. I wat to let you know I DONT WANT TO GROW IN STAFF POSITION I would like to stay Moderator because I like that the most.

What offer I can bring for server?

I'm online very much always pnline when come back from volleybal. Know many things of the server, can help at most points not at all, no-one can do that.
They say but it can't, you don't know everything about this server. So either do I.
I can help taking dupers and hackers down, help to stop people spamming, or flaming.
Don't know more things now.


What do I want to reach on this server?

- Want to be one of the best pkers, you never can be the best.
- Want to become head moderator.
- That my name will be spoken as a nice and kind person, not a bad one.
- To help people.
- To keep people happy.
- Make the server more active.
- Making the server a funny server, with alot of jokes.
More don't know atm. Sorry.

What did I ever did wrong on the server (people need to know!)

- Flamed at staff, was a terrible mistake.
- Being anoying.
- Refused to help a player
- Hated a player because he was anoying.
- Used bug, but didn't told. (Was a bad mistake of me)
- Yelld at people who did nothing wrong.
- Making people bad at other players, because I don't like them. Example (Mr Sky)

What would you do if someone is spamming an other server.
A. Ban.
B. Mute
C. Mute + Jail 5k
i would do B cause: It's anoying for players if someone is spamming, and it's bad for the player amount to server


What would you do if someone says: Fuck your mother!
A. Give him a warning, if he don't stop Mute.
B. Mute.
C. Ban
D. Give him a warning, if he don't stop Ban

I would do A Cause: Ban is too hard for this, warning and mute it's best option in this one.


Someone is pming you with "heey, Playername scammed me! can i have my items back?"
You answer with:
A. No, i aint aloud to give items away.
B. I will ask the owner to look in the Trade-Log, tell me what you lost?
C. no response.

I would do B; Cause; They can lie about the stuff they lost, no response is rude and not right if your staff.

someone tells you he is an staff member and you need to give him items or ban/mute someone.
I would:
A. Just ignore him.
B. Give him a warning he shouldn't say hes staff else I'd jail him.
C. Listen to him

I would do B. Because ignore is not good as staff position. And lissen to him is the worst thing you can do because they can lie!
