Yeah, but im actually applying for the freaking Chatbox mod too, i think almost none on there, it could be good way to get up on staffboard. Sorry if u think this is " Begging " But i thank you anyways.

Yes, It's used for getting Changes you do due coding server, It is used for getting Server " updated " If u coded something new, Like if ya add Mmh, Skillcape emotes, U need to Compile the server for Getting them work in real server, just saving aint enuf, then it save's but no change to java. Or actual game...
