Experince*: My Experience with/on RS Private servers, I've been 4 Times Admin, Never been an Moderator, and i had a server with a daily online of 90-120+ Online.

What would you do if someone is spamming an other server.
A. Ban.
B. Mute
C. Mute + Jail 5k
i would do * cause: I won't ban the spammer, because hes talking to much, so i will mute him, so he can still play but not spam the server anymore.

What would you do if someone says: Fuck your mother!
A. Give him a warning, if he don't stop Mute.
B. Mute.
C. Ban
D. Give him a warning, if he don't stop Ban

I would do * Cause:

Someone is pming you with "heey, Playername scammed me! can i have my items back?"
You answer with:
A. No, i aint aloud to give items away.
B. I will ask the owner to look in the Trade-Log, tell me what you lost?
C. no response.

Jail the player that scammed, till owner get's online and looked at the Trade-logs.

someone tells you he is an staff member and you need to give him items or ban/mute someone.
I would:
A. Just ignore him.
B. Give him a warning he shouldn't say hes staff else I'd jail him.

Do you got anyexperince with coding:

Yes i got enough experience with coding on Runescape Private Servers, I've been doing this for 4 years, And everyday i code, i learn more!

In what kind of script are servers coded:

Javascript Or [RuneScript] & Class Files, But can also coded with C++.

Do you know what a compiler is used for? if yes for what?

Yes the compiler will only be used when u made a change in a JAVA or class of CFG File.
So when u run the server ur updates will be showed correctly.

But when u made a mistake with coding, a mistake like: donator = 1; And (donator = 1);
You will get the: Public Void String message Error

I am 16 Years old as i sayd.
I got 1 Brother and 1 Sister And ofcourse a Dad and mum.
I am in my exam year, so i will be not on for a lil while, I will still play but only 2 - 6 Hours a day.

Congrats skill! I see you only taking coders as staff members? How come you can't take some dedicated players who always love to help, be highly active, advertise, and just make the server and forums a better place to be?
