i would do B. cause: Spamming doesn't allow other players to communicate with each other through public chat.

I would do A. Cause: They deserve one warning, then if they don't stop they should get banned because they didn't listen.

Nice Application, Try coloring the answers next time so it's easier to follow

and about your 2 hrs per day wont be enough.. server requests a min on 20 hours per week maybe if you play more ofter Smile
