Q - Where are the magic axes?

A - The magic axes are located west of where you get a slayer task from at home go down the manhole and keep following the track eventually you will get there

walk south west, the path to barbarian vil.
here is a Dark Hole (Slayer Dungeon) and a Manhole (Climb down this one)
walk the path and you'll get to the Magic Axes Wink
