Draynor Village bug (quest) + Fletching bug

To start Lurnar Diplomacy you need to talk a Wise old man in draynor village.
I've searched like an hour, but he wasn't there!
Please fix this bug.

Fletching bug;
If you do a knife on a log or something no picture wil disapear, so you can't fletch anything.
Please fix this one too

I cheked that house! He wasn't in it! :O

ive also noticed the fletch
nice job on fixing it atm
and about wise old man he is there
but i noticed couple of times that stuff dissapears (NPC , CAves and such) the solution for me is run abit far from the place till it says loading please wait for 2 secs , then when it re loads it loads it correctly, so try that

I did that :O I went in that house, and waited still was no-one, so I'll chek now if he is
