EDGE v3 DOWNLOAD WONT WORK

i have winRAR, i have just finished downloading v3.

excited to play, i open up the file, i click "start edge v3.bat"

the icon to the left of it is a magnifying glass.

PROBLEM:
-when i double click to start it says fail to start, is it unreadable? what other download do i need to start the client?

you need java.

else check "my computer/Computer/This computer" whatever the file is called and search for progamfiles. How the progamfiles are standing Progamfiles (x32)/(x64)/(86)? or which way, please tell me for more help.
