Is the server off on? Empty Is the server off on?

For the last 20 mins , im trying to connect to server and it says error...
iam on the best internet connection which runs smoothly so its not that..
but i see the server checker that it switchs from online to offline every couple of mins..
my question is anyone elas having login prob?
because it looged me in for like 1 sec and logged me out after

Because it need's to restart, and then the server will be turned off for a couple of minutes.
Well, if they get the best dedi, then it'll not happen, but they are expensive lol.

The server checker doesn't check constantly, just once every few mins.
