Too many topics in all areas not only here, what u should do?

When u think that evrything is ok post a message on the topic saying : resolved, if you wanna me to open the topic again pm me.

and if the owner of the topic dont pm u in one day u delete the topic.

i spend about 1 hour everyday reading new topic's new post everything, cleaning it up, but i cannot be here every second, i cannot read every post so some help of ppl like ok this can be closed or such. i will respond on that and close.
