scammed by you drip red

i recently got scammed by you drip red.
he sold me (dragon claws) or a mith war hammer. and i thought that the server could not show the d claw picture so ya know i bought em for 20m and 3rd age platebody and 3rd age mage helm. so i found out it was a scam and he said it was my fault for not knowing. so i would like one of two things to happen
1, he gets punished for scamming and i get a refund.
2, i get real dragon claws and he get punished for scamming

We handled this in the other topic in INGAME QUESTIONS, so please any mod/admin/owner close this topic and remove it.
