Accidently sold someone a level 2, thinking it was a level 3

NOW before you lock this, hear me out. I just started yesterday and I got a clue scroll from a lesser demon. I didn't know how to tell whether what level it was, so I assumed it was a level 3, because I thought that was the level you got from lesser demons. Anyways, so I go to edge saying "selling level 3 clue 1M." Someone buys it from me named "crazy skill." As soon as he buys it, he goes "on vid dude gf." I'm confused as to what he's talking about, so I ask him about it. I ask him what I did wrong.

He says I sold him a level 2, saying it's a level 3. Now, I try my hardest to get his attention and to explain that I didn't know, even saying that I'd easily give him a refund, but then he starts being stubborn and a complete ass going "nope gf scammer banned nerd," and he goes ON AND ON AND ON AND WON'T SHUT THE HELL UP. I still try to explain, but he refuses to listen and ignores whatever I had to say about the situation and keeps telling me I'm going to get banned and sad.

So at this point, I gave up trying to talk to him. He wouldn't accept the refund, he wouldn't listen to a damn word I had to say, he keeps saying I'm making up excuses as to get away with it. This is my story. Whether you punish me for a mistake or try to talk sense into this guy, I tried to give him back what he gave me, but he wouldn't accept. It would also be nice to know how to figure out what level the clue scroll is so this doesn't happen in the future. Pretty long first post, but I wanted you to hear what actually happened before the other kid decides to post his "video" on the forums.

Now that I think of it, I actually want him to post that video so you can all see that I was trying to explain what happened and that I didn't know while he was being an ass about it. Okay, that's my post.

Was just about to edit my post, but I'll just post it instead. I found a level 3 clue earlier (Yes, I figured out how to tell what level it is.) and I found him farming. So just to put this problem behind us, I gave him the clue for free, hoping we'd be on good terms. Looks like we're even, so now I don't have to be AS angry with him lol >.>

i was going to suggest that you either give him the stuff back and everyone gets there stuff back
or you try hunt for level 3 clue to give him free,
