is train2 the olny place you can fish in the game? and is sharks the best you can fish?

Train2 isnt the only place..
there is also spots beside to bank to the east of it (I know there is mantas there)
And the best is Mantas for exp

Start off At the bank..
Now walk all way east youll get to the river (Where the maple tree is and the seller called called nurotion or something like that)
keep from up with the river , youll see fishing spot to the other side
now get to the other side
